Once your order has been fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package has been significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. For damaged shipments, we kindly request that you provide photos of the packaging and the book(s) to help us file a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution such as replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Please note that carrier investigations for lost packages may take several business days to complete.

International Shipping

At this time, BooksChangeLife primarily serves U.S. customers. If international shipping becomes available, it will be announced on our website along with updated pricing and delivery details. Any international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, and additional fees that must be paid by the recipient.
